5th Annual Cuts for Peace Comes to Rochester

The United Professional Barber & Cosmetologist Association (UPBCA) is bringing the community together for an afternoon dedicated to peace, youth empowerment, and opportunity at Cuts for Peace on Monday, July 6, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Andre’s Barbershop, 881 Portland Avenue, Rochester, NY.

Designed to support local families while fostering positive community connections, this free event will provide complimentary haircuts for children ages 7–17 (parent or guardian must accompany each child), along with free toys, music, food, and family-friendly activities.

More than just a back-to-school haircut event, Cuts for Peace is an opportunity for neighbors, organizations, and local leaders to come together to promote safer neighborhoods, encourage youth success, and strengthen community relationships.
